HELP ASAP! Two ghost shrimp giving birth but don't want the babies to die

So they are giving birth and I have no plants, I separate them into my 2.5 gallon HAWKEYE and one to my 1 gallon HAWKEYE. I just grab water from the tank and put them in there. And it's late night. What should I do? Put airstones in there?

I put the air line at a low level so it won't make the fry's fly around. Should I just leave it like that?
