I have silver and Dalmatian Mollies. I'm fairly new to the fish world, but I have been pretty good at determining gender (in my own opinion, anyway). IMO it looks to be a female. Pic is a tad blurry but from what I see its a lady fish.

Is that 1 fish or 2, the top picture is definitely a female.

The top one is female. The bottom one looks to be a male. Check their bottom fins next to their anal opening. Females have a rounded lower fin. Males have a pointed lower fin. It can take up to six months for a molly fry to develop enough to tell what sex it is. You really need two females for each male or the male will end up stressing the lone female out and cause her to die.
