My fry have ich..

After examining them closely, they all appear to have little white dots on them, and a few have died over the last few days. I'm almost certain they have ich... I adopted a friend's fish not too long ago and I'm almost certain that fish brought it to the tank. He looked rather sickly. I should have said no, I didn't want it. What do I do. Will they all die? I'm treating with some stuff called Permafin and I'm about to do about a half water change. The fry are in a breeding box..

29 gallon tank
82 degrees
3 platys (1 with ich)
2 mollys
1 black mystery snail
40-50 1 month old platy fry
pH and everything is good
Just did about a 30% water change.

Turn the heater up to above 85 degrees. It worked, but I had adults in the tank. I don't know how fry would take it though ...
