My male betta keeps on making bubble nest but there is no female. What should? Ohh and my parents said that I can't get a female. Sooo.

let him do it! :) that shows that he's happy! you can let him burn off some steam by flaring him, which is simply holding up a mirror in front of the glass. no need to breed him, he's just showing off ;)

yep, as said above, that just means they are happy. You def wouldn't want to get a female anyway unless you researched a lot on how to breed them and had 2 with genes that you really wanted to mate and pass on. A female and male together would literally kill each other. The bubble nest isn't really a sign he needs to breed. It just means he is happy, healthy, and well fed. =)
