POP!!

So what happened exactly to this big fat guy?? Is it a female thats going to lay eggs or a male with unusually big belly. Even my other female danios in the breeding tank cant get this big belly (or maybe I just never see them like this). And so I remove this fatso from the main small fishes tank to this fry tank (ofc the fry is now big enough to not get eaten lol).
