for breeding fish i have heard that the two bet foods for fry are the bbs, and microworms and i want to know which is better for the fry that i have. present your argument with facts please i want to know by fact not by guess.

i want to know because i got babies and need to know which is best and why

Both will do, although in my experience, the BBS is better. The advantage of the microworm is that they are cheaper and easy to maintain as a culture, whereas, the BBS has to be hatched daily.

i also use BBS i think my fry grow faster and healthier. i mix with finely crushed flake food every other feeding

Some fry simply cannot live on BBS as the BBS are too large and won't fit into their tiny mouths. Microworms are almost a necessity of SA cichlids. For livebearers, BBS will do just fine as will crushed flake foods.
