Unhealthy or Carrying Eggs? Help needed!

I am looking for help with my Black Neon Tetra. I have today noticed that it is very fat but it doesn't have scales sticking out or anything I would usually link to illness. I have added some pictures if anyone could tell me whether it is carrying eggs or unwell ( it has always been missing part of its tail since I got it a couple of years ago )!

Is.its mouth pulled open all the time? How's it swimming, eating? Pooping?

It's mouth isn't open all the time but does seem to be breathing slightly quicker than others. Not seen it poop whilst watching.

Put some live dhnia in earlier and it was eating fine just seems a little more jerky in its movements than the others
