Id like to add a profile pic, but it only gives me a URL option. How do I add a pic from my computer?

For a profile pic (shows on your user page), the steps are the same as outlined in the link above, except instead of clicking "Edit Avatar" click "Edit Profile Picture" in the left menu under user cp.
