Can't get onto the chat room?

I'm using a google chromebook, and it says I am not able to go on, but it doesn't tell me what plugins I need. Any computer savvy people here who can help?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling java. It is a java applet, so usually if it is not working, that is the most likely culprit.
