help with pictures

I have taken some pictures that came out great. Problem is they are a little to big. Does anyone know how post the pictures the way they are so you guys can identify?

Those are easy ways to do it, I'm going to move this to the site help section, in case other's have similar questions.

If you want a free, stand alone photo editing program, I would suggest Irfanview. I've been using it for several years.
