Anyone have any idea why every once in a while my login becomes useless & I have to reset my password to get in? ??

I’d try the ‘contact us’ for IT forum support at bottom of page in web view (just in case on phone).
I’ve had what looks to be can’t get in due to servers being worked on (guessing) or Australia just dismal on drops-out anyways but it comes back after 5 minutes and I just login back in automatically.
Nothing I’ve seen I confess in why it would do that.
