6 month update on 180g reef tank

Hey guys good to be back. Just thought I'd share my progress for the last 6 months. I know some of the names of the acro's so those I will list. The others of course will be unknown's.
Some of you FTS guys there will be some of those as well as over head shots that I made.

Thanks! You are gonna love things in 6 months. It is wonderful to stand back and see your partnership with nature and your ability to keep these animals.

Thank you! Oh man you are bursting my bubble I have not actually checked to see how much more it costs to run a bigger tank. I guess I don't wanna know! But it all boils down to size of tank, lighting and other equipment.
Get a SW tank!

Wow, good job. Nice as always.

This is actually a torch coral! Because of the amount of water movement with my powerheads this torch started to get really LONG tentacles.Even where it is it does still "come out" aways.

Sorry lol. Well I do have a 10g qt, that I hope not to be a qt for too much longer (almost done stocking the 55g)... mwahahahhaha lol

Haha! U stocking as a sw tank? Oh and be careful with your qt tank and later adding corals. If u used meds it may seep into the silicone.

No the 55g is a cichlid tank almost fully stocked. And if I do have to use meds another ten gallon is just 12 dollars lol. The biggest problem I've looked into with 10gs is lighting. Not any 20" t5 fixtures (tht I've seen except one that was over 200 dollars and had like 6 bulbs lol). Not very much selection for 20" pc lighting either.

Mitchell, I actually do have some softies. A have a stowaway from a LR which I think is a kenya tree type. A few colonies of zoes, some mushrooms, green star polyps, yellow polyps, and a large toad stool leather. Thanks for the kudos!
