I have abput 4 mollies that are huge and im not sure how much longer i have to go. The other day the biggest one was acting funny so i separated her.. but nothing happened for about 2 days so i put her back with the community

If you bought them like this they may just be balloon mollies. If they have grown then expect babies within the next two weeks probably closer to one week than two.

Yeahh no they arent balloon mollies.. they are just dalmation mollies. I have had them for about q year but for the past six months they have been at a friends house. Its been two weeks since they have been with me and they are just getting bigger and bigger. Im afraid i wont be able to catch them when they pop and i want to be able to save as many as i can. I trade to a pet store for credit so i can afford the things i need

It has now been 3 weeks and sge has not had her fry yet.. should i be worried?

Well they look round but not square yet. Look out for a squaring off. Birth will be imminent then. Hope you have babies soon!

Ah, patience. They still don't look squared off to me. Still round. Still time to go. When they go square you'll know it. You'll be looking at them thinking they are going to burst any moment. Nature takes it's time.

I know it's exciting! I had my first babies a month ago. Didn't see them for the first two weeks though. Too good at hiding!

Ive had thqt happen before. Thought i caught all of them and 3 weeks later i see a lil guy come swimming up for feeding time. My others didnt even seem to care that he was there so i went ahead and dropped the rest. I still have him. His name is whitey

I wonder then, are you going to catch these ones? Or let them hide out? I've never caught any of mine. Leave them in the main tank and there are plenty of survivors. That and honestly, I'm overstocked as it is so not really sure what I'd do with a whole batch of babies.

Im going to catch as many as i can. I have been turning off the filter and light every night bc i am not sure what day it will be. But she and two others are pregnant for sure. I only have a one gallon for the fry and also a small unfiltered beta tank. So im not sure how many i can keep in the one gallon

Okay well tonight I've noticed that she is swimming very fast up and down the tank does this mean that she might be about ready she still doesn't look squared off to me but I'm not sure she does look pretty big
