Ok your filtration is good. I see the reason your fish have an external parasite that is called ick. Luckily it is not to hard to treat. Bump your heater to around 82-83 slowly. The Parasite can't survive in temps above 82. Also add a small amour of aquarium salt to help the treatment flow better.

Okay thanks Hun but all the other fish are acting weird like they are fitting

How much Aquarium salt should I put in

And how long should I have it at that temperature

As I always have it about 77

And do I also need to do a water change just to be on the safe side

Tablespoon per 20 gallons
Yes do a water change always good. Until the fish show no sign of illness. I always keep my temp at 81.

Okay super amazing I will slowly turn up the temperature until 81 and see how they get on from there I have done just over 50% water change now I will go off to the pet store now and get some Aquarium salts would you advise anything else in there thank you for taking the time to reply to me

You don't keep adding salt. You add it slowly until you get to the desired concentration and then maintain that concentration, when you do water changes, too.

Many people advise a higher temp of 86 for ich. You might do a bit of research on that and the recommended salt concentration and how to add salt. You don't just dump it in. You dissolve it in a small amount of tank water first then add it slowly.

Yes you are. The only reason people say add fresh water salt is it adds electrolytes and eases stress on them. Just add it once and no more. Keep up on the water changes and the high temps and it will be gone in no time.
