lampeye killifish are scattered egg layers. The eggs are released by the female and fertilized. Mine would just swim around, release eggs where ever. If I wanted to raise them, I would take the eggs out with a eye dropper and put into a separate container.
If you only have the one killifish, no need to take the eggs. They will not have been fertilized. If you have both a male and female, then you can try and see.
Most of the time, fish don;t lay eggs indiscriminately so with that many males present, the chances are good that at east one of them will have fertilized the eggs. The next big thing will be you getting to the eggs before the Guppies do.
