He charges at me to see what I'm doing first then he goes to his corner

He doesn't like it when I take pictures of him he goes to his corner until I'm done

So I noticed this spot on my betta and I decided to do a big water change and raise the temperature to rule out a bacteria and ich. I added aquarium salt to the tank too. He hasn't been itching or acting weird or lost his appetite but the spot is still there. I'm not sure if it's fin rot but...
