yep it's cycled. all levels are good. i even tested water right before putting them in for peace of mind. and it's a 50 gal tank. its only tank mates are eight gold pristella tetras, so they basically have the whole tank to themselves.

I suggest getting the API master test kit. Petco and petsmart use the quick dip sticks, not the liquid test. I dunno how far you are, but it seems your not close to done though. from my experience that does seem a little odd, not seeing any nitrites yet. but like others said, just be patient. theyll come. I am also cycling my tank as well. My ammonia has also been dropping every day (to zero). My problem is the opposite to yours though. I always get Nitrite readings...

hey mutt. check out the blue ram, and the bolivian ram. both get only three inches, and are good in community's. I'm going to be buying a couple of those soon, after my tank is done cycling. Not sure which kind I want though. They both look great, and they're both cichlids :)

ok, so you'd add the rams and schoolers first? then the angel later on? rams are peaceful right? so when the baby angel gets placed in, the rams won't mess with it, will they?
