They need intense light. I say try it and if it doesn't work then go but a desk lamp and put it on it

It is possible to have an arrow crab with a skarlet cleaner shrimp in a 75 gallon tank? I like both and want both but if I find out the arrow crab will just have a nice meal, I do not want the cleaner shrimp

No problem! Or you can add a PVC t-fitting add make a bubble trap, I think some people do that! Google protein skimmer micro bubbles and see what appears
