So my refugium has grown to capacity, I need to remove alot of the macro algae that has actually started growing out of it (it dies quickly) and what way should I solve this problem?
Thanks!
So this morning the light on my 28g nano cube turned on and I think I blew a fuse, because it went on and then they shut off immediately. How do I repair a blown fuse?
This may sound like a stupid question to most but i would rather be safe than sorry, i'm getting ready to do an iodine dip for my finger leather coral and I was wondering if "iodide" and "iodine" were basically the same thing.
Yesterday I bought a finger leather coral and the polyps still haven't come out and it looks really droopy I'm worried it's dying. I don't have any problems with my tank because I also bought a hammer coral and it's thriving, everything in the tank looks awesome except the finger leather coral...

So I have this red algae all over my tank, and I was wondering if anybody knew how to het rid of it. Its just a thin layer of red over alot of my rock on the walls a little and on the sand, it also looks like it has trapped bubbles under it all
So I know that they're not harmful, but it's getting a little ridiculous, the amount in my tank. Anybody know of something that will eat them? I want to get rid of them naturally, no killers or anything (I don't even know if those exist).
