This may seem to be a strange topic, but how does one go about feeding these monsters!?!! I drop shrimp pellets in and my pleco wont touch them. Do you have to drop them right in front of their face? -Blizzard.

Well I'm asking because I'm pretty sure I've got two males. The bigger one will not leave the smaller one alone. He forces the smaller fish into hiding for a few minutes, then he will be brave enough to come back out. But then as soon as the bigger fish sees him he will chase him into hiding...

What is the best way to sex yellow lab (electric yellow) cichlids? Both of mine have a good amount of black in their fins. I will try to put up some pictures today if I can. -Blizzard.

The tank is ten gallons in size. They are about 1.5-2 inches long, and I would only put about 2 or 3 in the tank.

As pleco said, the rainbows and angels would definitely outgrow the tank. The corys would work, but IDK if I'd put loaches in there as they would soon outgrow the tank. How about a small school of neon or rummynose tetras? -Blizzard.

Would it be okay for me to put a couple baby electric yellows with my pepperd corys? It would only be temporary until they outgrow the tank and move into my 55 gal malawi tank. -Blizzard
