wow this is exciting haha. In my opinion when the fries are freeswimmers you should leave at least 10 in there so the parents can practice parenting and save the rest in the 10 gallons tank, same with the angels.
Oh and the tank is 16 gallons very nicely decorated with plants and driftwoods with multiple spawning sites. All of them do defend their own territories so I don't think that is an issue, I will remove the extras once a pair has formed.
personally I don't think female rams are as aggressive but it depends on how you introduce them. The aggression normally ends fairly quick so I wouldn't worry about it.
