im going with the scarlet gem (dario dario) there so awesome in my 12g eclipse tank with a bunch of c.habrosus (a type of dwarf cory) and my L134 leopard frog pleco. all small fish you gotta love it! B

I dont know if you have any cories J but the rotting stuff in the substrate can cause a nasty bacterial infection resulting in barbel loss, or even death. I wasnt aware of this fact untill I posted in a similar thread to this in a different forum. B

I siphon the gravel whenever I do pwc's 1X weekly pea gravel sized sub. lot's of driftwood & plants.

I have had plants in this tank since it's been running. I believe that the nutrient def. was potassium and I have since ordered from greg watson and have been dosing, that seems to have taken care of the holes in the plants (at least the new sprouts, and havent seen any more form). I thought...
