    Compatibility??

Not too sure, someone else may have to clarify, but I think they should be alone. They don't like filters since they're extremely sensitive to noise and water movement, so I'd leave them alone if you could. I dont think they'd thrive with other fish.

    Blue ram companions?

Thanks everyone! I'm thinking a school of zebra danios, long finned or not. We'll see. Also, never had pencilfish! I'll have to look into those if I ever need something to stock another tank with :)

    Betta stocking?

Ooh, this makes perfect sense. My tank is heavily planted/decorated, but everyone seems to be getting along well. Haven't witnessed any chasing or fin nipping for a number of weeks, so perhaps I'll keep it all how it is. Thanks for helping me on all my threads! :)

    Betta stocking?

Okay, I have heard that as well, I simply wasnt sure if six would be better or not. Thanks!

    Betta stocking?

Hey, just a quickie here. I have a female betta sorority, and was wondering if I should get more? Currently have four in a ten gallon, but heard that five is a good number? Should I get one or two more? All the girls are doing good, and get along fine now that pecking orders have been...

At last community stocking :) :)

Sounds great to me, too! I just got some long finned zebra danios with my pair of rams, so here's hoping they get along! I'd love to see your tank when it's ready!

    Fish and Personalities

My betta, Bukowski, has such a personality too! I swear he's happiest when I'm in the room. The ladies in my other tank are pretty fierce, but don't have nearly the same love as he does. Female bettas are fun, yet perhaps when I have them for as long as I have my male, then they'll be sweeter.

    Stocking 20g high?

I don't really know! I really like amazon swords and java ferns, but I suppose anything that catches my eye would be good! Do you have any suggestions?

    Stocking 20g high?

As soon as I can find this species of Cory I shall do just that! And thanks! I will work on that (and adding more plants) as soon as I can! :)

    Stocking 20g high?

Ah, yes I know I can't keep giant danios in there. I have a school in one of my larger tanks. I just like how quickly they move! Would it be okay to get a school of about eight, of most any tetras? I've had rasboras before, along with flame tetras. Also, I have dwarf cories in another tank...

    Stocking 20g high?

My tank has been cycled and set up for a while now! It also is newly housing a pair of blue rams. One male and one female. Except they hang out at the bottom next to all my plants. I'd like them to be a nice centerpiece fish, so I'm looking for something to fit with them. A school of tetras...

At last community stocking :) :)

I have a pair of rams and mine still seem rather shy! They hang out together behind plants in the lower part of the tank. But so long as you have other fish that are there then your tank would probably be great! Rams are pretty little buggers, and although expensive, I'd say you should get a pair ;)

My new 5g! Finally set up!

That looks super great! Loving all of it!

    Blue ram companions?

Hello everyone! I have a 20g tall aquarium that is housing a pair of German blue rams. They're pretty little things, but seem to only hang out at the bottom where all the plants are. Perhaps they'll start swimming higher once the plants grow taller, but for now this tank looks fairly empty...
