I've got a couple of buddies that are in the business. So I can get a lot new for wholesale. However LED lighting gets no discount. And the wholesalers usually don't carry much if at all. Marineland lights I just don't think will penetrate. It's very deep.
Well I finally did it. I went from a 29 gallon bio cube to a 150 gallon predator tank. So far I've got $20 in tank, stand, sump power heads and pumps $50 in protein skimmer $40 for 80lbs of black sand, $100 in coral insert (retail $700) $100 in miscellaneous. So always keep a lookout on CL. The...
Man. You don't listen or read. Test water. Wow. Your like a broken record. And why would you personally attack someone and then repeat exactly what they said? Oh I know. Your stuck behind a computer screen. This forum is to help. You just feel the need to use someone else's ideas and repeat it...
Lighting could also be part. Get the water tested. Let me know i'm curious. Also, since you said you added new corals they will suck up nutrients. Get tested let me know.

You may also add Iodine, my rainbow welso coral was doing great for a few months. Then I made the mistake and added sand and through my tank into a mini cycle. It took two months to figure out it needed iodine. It took one drop per 25 gallons and oh what a difference it made. I understand its...
Do you have a cleaner shrimp in the tank? I always believe in nature's natural way vs. chemicals. It doesn't look bad now. I'd try the cleaner shrimp first, then if you have to treat him with chemical.
Need help. I've got a great juvenile Imperial Angle. Great little guy. Swims everywhere eats good. And spends way too much time with the cleaner shrimp. In fact so much that his color seems to be faded. Like I said everything else is great. Eats, swims and no signs of illness other than obvious...
