i give my fish frozen bloodworms and i forgot to put them back into the freezer. are they trash or if i refreeze them will they be ok for the fish to eat still?

i started my tank on 2/20. when i started i added the filter sponge of my 20gal tank and a plant to help cycle along with the some ammonia (no3:0 no2:0 ph6.5)
2/21 again(no3:0 no2:0 ph6.5) i added 6giant danos to also help speed up the process also.
nothing changed untill 3/6...
i tried putting in a couple small pieces of lettuce to see if they would eat it cause a site said they eat lettuce but they have not touched it they are sticking to the frozen bloodworms that the rope fish eat. so ill try the anubis and swords and see what happens
yes they are all in a 110gallon/tall tank. she was told they are community fish, but they are part of the chiclids family so doesnt that mean they are aggressive?
my sister inlaw came over bearing fish for my bday. the one is a ropefish i know that but she could not remember what the yellow ones were called. she thinks the store said they were pink discus. they are yellow with a pink vein running the length of their body. what is the exact name of them...
i got a 110gal tank and i got 6 giant danios to help cycle the tank since they were on sale. i want to get plants and a couple angelfish also. i was thinking the 6 danios, 2 angel fish,2 cory cats, and either a snail or a pleco to deal with the cleanup. i hear the snail does a better job...
yeah that was the main thing i was worried about. the guy said he fills them all up on his pourch and then puts them in his garage to sell but that just seems like alot of water to waste cause this guy had a 2 car garage filled with big tanks. when i cleaned it last night i was looking for...
thought id use this thread instead of making a new one. but why wont angelfish get along with a common pleco. or in other words what would happen. does the angel mess with the pleco or the other way around. i really want angels but i think the plecos might be more important in my tank
