Well what else would I need besides the regulator? Obviously a bubble counter and a diffuser. There's the tank too. All in all, what's the cheapest I could do it otherwise?

I'm just wondering if somebody has ever done this. It seems like it would be a lot cheaper than paying for an entire system.
