Hi there unfortunately living in the UK water very hard and most the pipes are cooper so we use half and half tap and Ro ...We add all the necessary chemicals that are required but still no happy fishy ..:( Help Love me fish but they not happy..

Hi hi sorry to hear of your distress try adding some live bacteria they will help bring ammonia down and your ph will start to change to ...Hope this helps Ps welcome to the form they great on here they help where ever they can ....Good luck with your tank and keep us up dated...;)
