Anyone have any luck with moving bed filters? I seen a series of videos on youtube, it seems these are a pretty big thing in UK. I made one approximately 2 weeks ago for my new tank. Any opinion on these?

Added a few "hardy" fish, (purchased for me as a gift), I still haven't seen a ammonia drop (0.5-1.0ppm). Tank has been up for almost 3 weeks now..... No nitrites either.

I did initially have a real problem with microbubbles, however it was easily fixed by adjusting the spray bar on the emperor filters to spray parallel with the ground, versus spraying at a downward angle.
