it is in a 30g fw tank.
6 red eye tetras
5 zebra danios
4 emerald corys
1 dinosaur bichir
i want to mave it to a 10g bw tank for a bit. and then its own 30g bw tank.
it is a gsp. i know they are fw when they are young, and gradually be acclimated to bw. it is about 1.5"- 2" long. not sure on the age, and i know they don't like drastic changes to water conditions.
i have a dinosaur bichir myself, and i know that they are a nocturnal fish. and they won't eat a fish that is bigger than their mouth. i haven't had any problems with mine, and he is about 4"-5" long.
bought it out a freshwater tank, and i am wondering what the proper sg should be at in his own tank befor i put him in it. right now it is at about 1.001- 1.003 according to my hydrometer.
but my corys dwell on the bottom of the tank. and there are eggs almost at the water line of my tank. i have had the corys for 2.5 years and have never seen this. this is just wow for me...
I think they are fish eggs, but i'm not sure. There are some clusters of them, all on the back of my tank. Some of my red eye tetras are swimming by them and it looks like they are trying to protect them. Never had this before.
