hey there, are there any big fish you specifically like? Just throwing out suggestions here but you could do an african cichlid tank or a new world cichlid tank. And you could add in some plecos with the new world cichlid tank if you like them. :)

African Butterfly fish can be predatory, I wouldnt trust them with discus eggs. :)

Thanks for the UV Steriliser advice, I just changed my shopping cart to get the one with the built in steriliser there, and thats the filter and heaters (2x 300W) ordered now. :) Cabinet is also finished, will try and upload a few pics later. :)

Thanks for your comments guys, firstly I already have a bala shark and if possible I wouldnt like to rehome it. Secondly, I already have the firemouths and the bgkf, and the firemouths stay clear of it (the bgkf is 10" near enough). As for an oscar with bgkf, I will be getting a small oscar so...
