Yeah, a species only tank is what I was thinking for for the damsels. Ive just kinda been getting over my head with this tank and I really should just do something easy until I figure out what I'm doing.

Yeah, I may go with chromis, they're not very pretty, but you can't beat the price. Now, obviously I know that damsel are aggressive, but how do they behave around each other? What if i were to get 3 damsels?

For the time being I was thinking about getting 2-4 simple schooling fish, such as clown fish or maybe chromis. Any ideas for cheap schooling fish?

This morning the blenny's face is starting to look red....any idea why?

Actually, the wrasse and damsel have kinda been ignoring the blenny. Thats the problem. They just hand around his home and the blenny gets annoyed at that but they don't seem to even notice.

ah yes, i should have included that I got about 30 pounds of live rock, but most of it had little to no life on it. So i bought a little more (about 5 pounds or so) that has lots of algae on it, and so I'm planning on the spreading to the other rocks. So I don't need to get some fancy special...

So I have live rock in my aquarium and I'd like to have decent coralline algae growth, however, I'm not planning on adding coral (at least for no). My fish tank just has a normal 24 inch fluorescent tube. What sort of lighting would you suggest?
