Who is the 4 year warranty with?

ok...updating on this...the crabs were not dying, in fact, they were only changing shells...they are all fine...every fish is fine... feeding has been cut down to half and PWCs have been done every week in order to lower the Nitrates...all fish and inverts appear to be doing great... thanks...

i just put a small amount of vinegar on a 3"x3" space on the side glass...i had the tank sitting on its side so the vinegar sat RIGHT on this spot...let it sit for like 30 mins...went to rub it off...build up is STILL there... i dont know what else to do...if this little test had actually...
