yes can't wait to set it up, i'm a bit worried over the weight of the rocks but mbuna cichlids were my first choice :) not really in to brackish most of the brackish fish i have seen are a bit dull i really want a bright tank :) thanks hairball :cat:

hi all and thanks for your replys, its not toxic shock ammonia 0 -nitrite 0 -nitrate 12.5 same as tap water the guy in the shop where i got the fish said it could have been a heart attack, not too sure about that, can fish have heart attacks??? again thanks for your help all others...

the thing is i have 2 tanks a 2 foot tank and a 4 foot tank in the 2 foot tank i'm treating a betta for white spot today i noticed he's starting with fin rot what i'd like to know is can i use melafix and interpet No 6 together? in the other tank i have (had) 3 pearl gouramis, this morning...

well i have asked them but they have a cichlid breeder already so there not botherd, i think i'll hold off on the aggressive fish for a bit as i don't think the kids are to impressed with all the fighting :( but thanks anyway

do you keep convicts? they seem to be great fish to keep i also thinking about an oscer but i think they may get to big for this tank thank for that i really think thats what i want

i've just found out i'm getting a new 4' fish tank and would love to keep a pair of convicts i've done a bit of reserch on them and i'm a bit put off with the amount of babys they have, is there a way to stop them?

it was my lfs that gave me the idea! we don't seem to get warnings like that over here it sunny england but i will check, thanks for the warning :)

:) well i was going to go to shop and buy some new tights (very cheap) and use them as i would not like to be putting something in there after they've been near my feet lol
