    Callamanus worms

There were two doses. It killed the worms. Any fish that were affected's stomachs blew up as the worms died inside them very quickly, and i lost them. But that was due to the overdosing. And most of my smaller fish died? I treated two tanks at the time. The plants were fine. I gravel vacced once...

    Callamanus worms

I treated my tanks with levamisole. It worked. But I purchased it on Aquabid and the instructions that came with it were inaccurate and I overdosed. I lost a lot of fish from the overdose. The survivors are worm free though.

    Assassin snails

I've never seen them attack a fish. Unless they can slither over it, it should be safe.

Can anyone tell me what kind of cories i saw?

Wow, that's interesting that there are species that used to be popular then but aren't now. The main thing I'm not seeing in any of the suggested species is the right coloring. The white was totally non irridescent. Kind of like some Koi. Maybe I'm remembering wrong.

Can anyone tell me what kind of cories i saw?

Thanks for all the suggestions! The Aspidoras look the closest in body shape and barbels. The color is different from what I saw. But I wonder if they were another species of Aspidoras that aren't shown in many photos on the web. That gives me a direction to look. :)

    Is this normal?

Yes before adding fresh water. After adding fresh water to ensure all chlorine is gone as there is an unexplained ammonia spike and to detoxify any ammonia. Perhaps my original post wasn't stated clearly enough for the AA police. My apologies

Can anyone tell me what kind of cories i saw?

Thanks for the reply. They had no irridescence. And their markings were very random, not a pattern.

    Is this normal?

It detoxifies ammonia and adds extra protection when refilling the tank for chlorine.

Can anyone tell me what kind of cories i saw?

When I was a kid, 40 years ago, I remember seeing a tank full of some kind of tiny cories at a KMart. They always entranced me when my mom took me shopping with her. They were approx. 3/4in. or smaller. They were mainly white with some black markings. But the markings were variable and splotchy...

    Bottled bacteria

It's definitely interesting to try out your ideas and theories. Either way, you will end up with a nice fish tank. ;-)
