    I have a similar question: I have a purple tang in a 125 w/ 130lbs LR and would like to add a powder blue tang. The purple has been in the tank only about 2 months and I am curious to hear responses to your post.

    Opinions needed on a protein skimmer and live rock.

    I have a 125 gal tank also. I have 3 CPR BackPacks and 2 Fluval 404s --I should point out that I also have app 130lbs of live rock. My tank has been set up for about 2 months and so far all is going well. I really like the BackPacks but have some issues with the Fluvals. Good luck --jd

    I have 2 canisters (Fluval 404s) on my 125 gal tank. I keep mine with floss in most of the compartments and have carbon in the top chambers. HTH --john

    Fluval 404 noise driving me nuts!

    I posted a question about my Fluval 404 as well. Mine sucks air and discharges micro-bubbles and I have been unable to resolve it. I will not buy another Fluval.
