    Fish ID

I'm visiting some relatives and their tank is looking pretty sad. I told them I could help out. I haven't got to cleaning it yet, but I am advising them to purchase more fish. I know these are bad pictures but can anyone ID these so we can pick up some more? Thanks in advance

    Cichlid keeping questions

I don't necessarily want more than one, I could live with one, I just don't want it to be lonely. I also don't want it be be chased to death or eaten by its potential mate lol. Do you think it would still be considered over stocked if I took the gourami out?

What if I went with 4 flower shrimp, 6 bleeding heart tetras, 6 emperor tetras, 6 silver hatchetfish, 2 krib, and 2 pearl gourami? Could I get two gourami if they are both female, possibly? And should the krib be both of the same gender?

With the Rams, kribs, and gouramis, would it be better to have a pair with a male and a female, or a pair with two of the same gender?

    Tank stocking help

I would prefer one angelfish. I really like the krib cichlids and the ram cichlid. I have a lot of research in front of me so I have no idea where this came from but what about emperor tetra and pristella tetra?

    Tank stocking help

Ah that's too bad. So does that rule out a large majority of cichlids? What about the German Rams? Any suggestions for tall tank loving fish then?
