Its crazy, it looks worse after soaking in vinegar

So I soaked towels in vinegar and let it soak for close to 12 hours with no results. Glass and towels were still wet this morning.

So I bought the tank used it doesn't leak but the glass was cloudy so I used a sponge, a Scrapper, and vinegar to clean it. Done it before but one side is still cloudy the rest of the tank came clean. Any more ideas?

Everything with the tank was brand new minus the driftwood and two big rocks came from a friends tank. Tank was cycled with bacteria from lfs and they also test my water. They are basically 5 minutes from me. The tank cycled for 12 days.
