I think so, it looks like a kenyi and bumblebee hybrid.

I did some research, I think it is a bumblebee but it's too dark to be a bumblebee.

I know it's a tetra but can anyone tell me the common or scientific name? I bought 5 of them as blackskirt tetra at the LFS. But I've never seen a blackskirt with red fins.
