I just watched my lobster (crayfish) molt!

I do a 20% water change weekly and add conditioner to the water. If the water levels are still off, I add some neutral regulator. I test my water daily.

I'm testing it straight from the tap (8.6)... But I'll let it sit for a day and test again. My tank water is at a stable 7.5 Can Angelfish handle a PH of 7.5?

I'm new at all this, so I'm still learning! I've been adding Seachem Neutral Regulator. My LFS said I need the PH at 7.0 before I can introduce Angelfish. The fish I have now seem perfectly healthy, but I don't want to harm the Angelfish!

I assumed he was dead because he was/is lifeless and I gently poked him to see if he would move.. And nothing. I will keep an eye on him to see if he has a miraculous resurrection! I'm assuming he had molting issues :( poor guy. We've only had him a week and really like him.

I woke up this morning to discover my crab died. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me because I was seeing 2 crabs. Turns out he was out of his shell and very much dead. What happened? :( (I'm new to all this)
