Hello from Maine. Yesterday bought a 29 gal kit at Petco. Got it set up and running and added a water conditioner. This morning did a ph and got 7.0 to 7.5, then skimmed a oily looking film from the top of the water. I've added an air pump with 2 4"air stones on one end of the tank, 2 20lb bags...
