    Just another phase???

Is it slimy to the touch?

    Just another phase???

Hmmm I'm not sure that's cyano. That does look like bacteria though. I'd still get a second test on you water to verify your parameters.

    Stirring sand

Ack you are correct. My brain is overworked today. CUC will take care of most everything except poop.

    Just another phase???

I'm not seeing anything that would cause cyano unless the ro/di you are using is tainted somehow. But then I'd expect to see that in your water parameters. I run a heavy duty protein skimmer that pretty much keeps my nitrates at or close to zero so it's not impossible. It's so low that many...

    Stirring sand

Your clean up crew will take care of the fish waste. Crabs, snails, starfish, etc are what you need. Stirring the sand is a big giant no-no. Snails are arguably or maybe not so arguably the most important part of your CUC (clean up crew). Make sure sure you have enough of them. Crabs are...

    Just another phase???

What do you have in your tank. What are your water Params, lighting schedule, etc. What does your cuc consist of? How often and how large are your water changes? Sounds like something is going on causing bacteria and algae blooms.

    Clowns truly are damsels

And this is why people fear clowns... Oj wait wrong type. Anyway, moving rock always helps since they need to get re-acquainted with their surroundings. Clowns are very aggressive and territorial. I still get upset whenever I have to take care of something in the tank and they bite me...

    Brown stuff

This... They are most likely present because of the new sand. The silicate feeds them. Once the silicate is gone, so are the brown diatoms. Lighting does not affect this. They will just go away in time, assuming you aren't continually adding silicates to Your tank.

    Brown stuff

A week or so, possibly a few weeks depending on how much silicate is present. Just keep up the maintenance (ie regular water changes) and it should subside. If it goes away and comes back you need to re-look at what you are doing and using in the tank that is possibly feeding them. Brown...

    Looks awesome!

    Stirring sand

Don't do it...for the reasons stated above. If you want the top layer of sand to be stirred up just get some sand sifting stars. Let them do the work for you. They only sift the top layer with no danger if releasing toxic gases.

    Help with these things

I can't be sure from the pics but it looks like a macro algae. I have a red macro algae that I keep in my display mostly because I like the look but it also helps keep excess nutrients out of my water. You could take some down to your lfs and ask them to id it. It should come out pretty...
