Not really they hang at button but no pink eye or swollen stomachs fins arnt clamped together no colour fade its just bizarre

I have 190 litre tank
All levels are perfect even took water into shop to be tested
But for some reason i keep loosing fish i have no idea what to do

The tetra been in the tank for good 3 weeks and levels are still the same as above n no chemicals could hav got in its only me tht deals with the tank and way out of the way of anything

Hi I have a 190 l tank added some new fish yesterday noticed one my tetras have died done a water check
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 80ppm
Nitrite 0
Temp 26
Is it normal\ok for nitrates to be that hi after adding new and could have been cause of death?

I think found reason for high ammonia i found the fish was under a rock couldn't see it for looking i think it was anyway hard to tell so fingers crossed got rid most of it and stirred up the rocks see if filter picks up particles and then clean filter fingers crossed it works
My ammonia levels just will not come down down another pwc yesterday let it settle and the ammonia reading is still around 4
I've not fed the fish for three days, the fish seem fine i just wanna get ontop of it
Nitrate looks like reading 20
Nitrite is 0
Ph is 8
Temp 26'C
Cleaned the filter...
