I'm having an issues with my cichlids. When i got them they were tank mates and fine but now one is bullying the other and the one being bullied is just sulking. When it's not sulking it is getting chased by the other one. I just tried reorganizing the tank decoration but is there anything else...
I moved him to his own tank and he's doing better. I think he was being bullied by the other one. After moving him he is eating and at the bottom now. Going to let him heal then try adding him back to the main tank. His left fin looks like it's been bitten so it needs to heal.
I know you said i could speed up the process. I got aqueon bactieral balls and used those. The problem with the filter on my tap is I'm no close enough to a sink that i can equip the onto to fill up my tank. Also doubt it'll get rid of all the ammonia that's in the tap already.
Yeah I have four live plants in there already. Just buying all this water is really expensive. So trying to see of there was anything I could do besides that. How do you know when your tank is cycled?
So just tested my water, my ammonia is at 1ppm, I have no Nitrite and my Nitrate is at 5.0ppm. How should I progress? Should I just keep using Prime seachem and stability seachem or do another water change?
