I'm using carbon.. And when I rid of it, it just came back (in fact it actually spread). So I'm assuming it's a bacterial bloom. Thanks for the help!

Personally I think it's really cool when that happens, I wouldn't be too worried. I've had my Harlequin Rasboras and neons, and glow lights all school together.
