    Weird broad lea water sprite

    I have some of that in my tank too. Be careful, it grows like crazy every month or so I pull a ton of that out of my tank. It will completely cover the top of your tank.

    New Tank

    You should probably do 3 50% water changes per week till your tank is fully cycled. You need to have zero ammonia and zero nitrite. If you can get some filter media from an established tank and throw it in yours (filter) that will really speed the process up.
