    biocube 29 reef

I had green hair algae very bad a awhile ago. IMO you should run GFO, put in a sea hare or lots of hermits to eat the algae, pull out lots by hand, and keep up with water changes. Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    biocube 29 reef

Your phosphates and nitrates will read close to zero because the algae will use all of it in the water. I think you should add some reef hermits or a sea hare. They eat hair algae pretty quickly! Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    Biocube 29G Back Wall Help?

I was always told it is a good sign that your tank is maturing. If you still want to get rid of it you can scrape it off with a credit card. Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

    Diatoms

Hello again everybody :) I recently set up a saltwater aquarium about a month ago. Everything has been going great! But all if a sudden diatoms have taken over! They are everywhere! I was wondering if i should do anything about it and if it is common when going through the cycling process...
