I enjoy keeping platies, but don't want any babies. So I purchased only females. However, it concerns me what happens to their eggs without males? Would it be harmful for platies to carry unfertilized eggs in them? Can they purge unneeded eggs? Please give your opinion. Thank you

I don't know exactly about Melafix-Pro, but combination Melafix+Pimafix did not hurt my cories at all.

I would also treat with salt and high temp, but would my fish tolerate 86F? Also the maing consern for me are cories. They might be too stressed with salt.
