I was nervous because i saw some online pictures of assassin snails eating ghost and banded shrimp. Also how many dwarf chain loaches would i need? I read that they school.

My tank has been having a snail problem, I dont want to use chemicals or kill them myself. I have looked into yoyo loaches and assassin snails but am worried they may hurt my red cherry shrimp or Mexican dwarf lobster. The tank also has Furcata rainbowfish, a clown pleco and a German Ram.

Thanks, should i do one or two Bolivians. I might move them to a bigger tank later.

So would you recommend a female or male? On an unrelated note how would a peacock Gudgeon fit in this tank?

Are Bolivian rams hardier and longer lived?
