    creepy crawlers- someone please help!

Um, I'm not even sure what kind I have because he came with the tank. He is a very common one, brown and black spotted. He does look like he may not have scales, though. Thanks for the advice- I hadn't even thought of that.

    creepy crawlers- someone please help!

Wow, it sounds like there are a lot of unpleasant possiblities. Thank everyone so much for all of the great advice, though! Tiny brown bugs

Thanks for the reply. They don't really seem to attach to the fish, they just sort of crawl around on her like they do on the rocks, and she doesn't seem bothered. Still, they make me nervous. Petsmart says they sound like a parasite of some kind, so I am going to try "Maracide" treatment.

    Tiny brown bugs

I just noticed some tiny (like a pinhead) tan/brown bugs in my 55 gallon tank. They are on the rocks and seem to stay on the fish for a little while, then go elsewhere. I haven't introduced anything new into the tank, so I dont' know where they could be from. Does anyone know what this might be?

Small bugs swarming in my tank

I have something like what you described in my tank and found your post on a search. Did you ever figure out what it was? I can't seem to figure out what is in my tank either. Any help appreciated.
