I'd love some ideas of what I could add to this 72g. I love my Gourami but I find the tank boring to look at.
Needs some color :-)
Any thoughts/ideas?

I'm blown away by all the pics I'm seeing on Instagram of fish laying in the palms of their owners while the owners take pictures of them.
Am I wrong in thinking this is horrible for the fish??

Does anyone know why this guppy is shadowing another guppy? He's glued to him. He's not attacking or being aggressive... Just being an idiot. Lol.

Hey all
I just moved from a 29G to a 72G Bowfront :-)
I don't know who's happier... me or my fish. They are loving this!
I was wondering if anyone has any best practice advice based on experiences with large tanks such as this? Here's what I've learned so far in the 24 hours since it's been...
Agreed. I add Prime just before the water is added. I also make sure the water is splashing against the side of the suction tube on the end of the hose as well as against the aquarium wall. Awesome oxygenization, deactivates much of the chlorine... and my fish LOVE swimming back and forth...
Well I went out to get some Epsom Salts for her and when I got home she'd died. She was happy and playful for three years. I'm glad I had her and her sister. I think I'll set up a new tank and breed some Kribs next.
And now I have a good hospital tank for the future.
Thanks for everyone help...
She's no worse but no better :-(
Ive moved her to a 5G hospital tank with a nice strip of foliage (silk) she's using for comfort. She's so awesome. Even through she's so sick every time I go see her she wiggles out toward my face and sits with me.
I'm dosing with Melafix as instructed on the...
We have a single female Krib who has become bloated, faded and lethargic resting on the bottom. She used to have a female friend who passed away naturally a month ago.
She's in a community tank and has gotten along very well for 2 years with our Rummy's, Gouramis and Rasbora.
She's always...
Yes you are. The amount of waste in there must be so Hi. Are you checking your water parameters? What are your Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate readings?

I know they haven't jumped so must have been eaten. Bones and all??
The tetras arent tiny, and the largest fish are a few gourami and 2 Kribs.
Weird :-)
This is really weird. I've only lost 2 fish in the last 6 months, however both of them completely disappeared.
I track my tanks everyday making sure each fish is okay, et cetera however twice fish have just disappeared and I can't find a body or anything anywhere.
Both times they were smaller...
